MASSAGE THERAPIST POSITION in Rexburg.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide excellent guest service.
Implement all rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures with all guests on consistent basis.
Suggest treatment based on observations.
Educate guests with knowledge and confidence on the services, products and programs available.
Be trained to perform “Enhancements” (upgraded services), including:
Aromatherapy
Cupping
Hot Towel Wraps
Stone Face Massage
Peppermint Foot Scrub
Hot Stone Therapy
and more!
Promote the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy.
Link therapeutic products to your service to enhance the guest’s experience at home.
Participate in off-site events.
Stay updated on retail products and promotions available in the clinic.
Create and maintain positive relationships with team members.
Recognize and support team goals.
Exhibit positive leadership skills.
Be prompt and prepared to work (lead by example).
Be open and willing to work a variety of shifts and hours.
Required to work:
At least 2 nights per week as these are our busiest hours
At least 2 Saturdays a month as these are our busiest days
QUALIFICATIONS:
Comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations
Carry personal liability insurance
Hold current state license to practice massage therapy
Be customer service oriented and communicate effectively with guests
Capable of performing/learning deep tissue, Swedish and maternity massage modalities
Be a team player.
A positive, outgoing personality with a heart to serve others.
A strong passion and deep understanding of the healing benefits of massage therapy as part of a healthy lifestyle.

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be proficient in data entry, and have experience with calendar management. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide administrative support to staff as required, including clerical duties such as filing and organizing documents.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with personal assistant duties is a plus but not required.
