Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy
This modality is the deepest most luxurious massage you will ever receive. Sessions are performed by a trained AOBT therapist who uses her feet instead of her hands. Barefoot massages effectively use gravity to glide over the body and promote the ultimate deep relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage
A detailed firm to deep pressure massage to specific areas.
Your therapist will use massage techniques designed to help remove severe tension, target the deep layers of connective tissue and muscle, and help realign deeper layers, breaking up adhesions. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains, contracted areas, postural strains, injury recovery, or decreased range of motion. This is a great choice for people who are experienced with massage and are looking for targeted detailed deep work.
Signature Hot Stone Massage
This signature hot stone massage incorporates the use of soothing stones to warm you up on even the chilliest winter days. The warmth of the stones easily penetrates and relaxes deeper muscles within the body, creating a greater awareness and sense of well-being.
Couples Massage
Unwind and enjoy a couples massage side by side. Each of you will enjoy a personalized session with your own massage therapist in a comfortable atmosphere. Enhancements and packages are available to indulge and pamper together even more. Massages take place in the same room. Aromatherapy
Drops of the purest essential oils are applied to stimulate all senses and then are followed by a relaxing massage to encourage the body’s natural detoxification process while calming tension and anxiety.

Peppermint Foot Scrub: Relax and pamper your feet with a cool peppermint and tangerine essential oil scrub, sea salt or organic cane sugar.
Peppermint Back Scrub: Relieve tension and exfoliate your back with cool peppermint and tangerine essential oil scrub, sea salt or organic cane sugar.
Cooling Eye Therapy: Cool stones are used to brighten and awaken eyes.
Hot Toe Bliss: Warm Stones are placed in between toes and used to relieve achy feet.
Warm Stones: Warm Stones are placed on the body to calm and relax sore muscles.
Hot Oil Scalp Treatment: Increase shine, moisture, and health of scalp and hair with a hot scalp treatment.
Aromatherapy: Pure essential oils are used in combination with all natural carrier oil during the massage.
Hot Towel/Pack: Towels or clay packs are heated to a warm comfortable temperature and placed on tight muscles to loosen and soothe.
Cupping: Soma cups are used in 2-3 areas to increase circulation and sooth sore muscles.
BioFreeze: Cold therapy that is great for sore muscles, joints, back aches, arthritis and more.

Swedish Massage
A connective massage designed to relax and rejuvenate tired and achy muscles.
Prenatal Massage
Expecting mothers will be pampered and gently cared for with soothing strokes aimed to relax and comfort. This session will be performed comfortably in a lying side position.
Sports Massage
This custom sports massage utilizes integrative stretching and massage on areas of distress. Your therapist will focus on loosening, relaxing and releasing tight muscles in the body by using a combination of Swedish and trigger point therapy massage. Upon closure of the session Biofreeze rub can be used to soothe and calm tissue for an additional $5. This session is ideal for any athlete.
4 Hand Massage
Four hands are definitely better than two. This session begins with a dry brushing to prime the skin for hydrating organic oils that will nourish and soften. Next, two therapists work in unison to rejuvenate and relax tired muscles.
Chair Massage
Chair massages are a convenient way to receive shorter treatments especially when time is limited. They do not require disrobing and are perfect for in your office.
Trigger Point Massage
This modality helps to relieve subacute and chronic pain caused by tissue build up commonly referred to as knots or trigger points. By using specific protocols we can relieve pain and promote healing at injury sites.
Reflexology
Uses specific reflex points that correspond to organs and muscles in the body are accessed through the feet and hands.
Cranial Sacral
A healing modality that uses a light touch with gentle holds to manipulate the bones of the skull, spine and pelvis. The client is usually fully clothed on a table while a therapist gently works with the whole body including the spine, skull, cranial sutures, diaphragm, and fascia. By using the hands as fine discriminating tools, the therapist is able to detect disturbances in the cranial sacral rhythm to help identify areas of dysfunction, such as cranial, sutural, membrane and other soft tissue restrictions in the body. A client may feel movement or a feeling of deep relaxation during a session. This type of massage is great for healing for a range of illness and dysfunction, including chronic pain, fatigue & sinusitis, central nervous system disorders, head & neck pain, TMJ, Fibromyalgia, seizure disorders, hyperactivity, and more. This can be a great choice if you are sensitive to touch, want to stay
clothed, or have experience with massage but, are looking for a different approach.
Acupressure
Uses finger-pressure press key acupoints which help stimulate the body’s natural self-curative abilities.
Shiatsu
This is a relaxing massage that is done clothed without lotion. Much like acupressure, it uses acupoints and meridians to breakdown energy blockages in the body. Performed on massage table or on ground with cushion.
Structural Body Work
This is a deep tissue massage that helps correct the body’s alignment.
